Background & Overview
Cyber Security Academia Malaysia (CSAM), together with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), co-organized the Cyber Resilience Conference (CRC) alongside both local and international higher education institutions, as well as partners from the cybersecurity industry. In line with the goal of internationalizing the CRC, the acronym ICRC was adopted starting in 2018.
The upcoming International Cyber Resilience Conference (ICRC 2026) marks the sixth edition of this esteemed conference series. It will be held over two days in a hybrid format at the Dorsett Hotel, Putrajaya, co-organized by CSAM, Institut Keselamatan Awam Malaysia (IPSOM), Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), and the Centre for Cyber Security at UKM.
ICRC aims to unite leading academicians, scientists, researchers, and practitioners from around the globe to share innovative ideas and the latest advancements across a wide range of topics. The critical importance of cyber resilience is underscored by the increasing reliance on digital technologies and the growing volume of sensitive information accessible via the Web, social media, and intranet services. ICRC provides a vital platform for theoretical and practical discourse on the multifaceted aspects of cyber resilience.
